It's All About You
Writing your life story is all about you.
It's about your perspective, your experiences, and all the things that have made up this adventure you have been traveling.
When you write your stories, there is no one there to say it didn't happen that way.
There is no one to say they didn't say that, or they didn't mean it that way.
You get to be the driver, and run the whole show. It's your life and it happened just the way you say that it did, or didn't.
It's interesting that if you ask two people who were at the same event what happened there, you will get two different stories. One person noticed that it was an overcast chilly day. The other person didn't even remember that and remembered that the music was too loud.
But when you write your life stories, all that's important is what you remember and you can tell everything just the way that you want to. And you can describe the people and the events just the way that you want to with no one looking over your shoulder to say it wasn't so.
This can be fun and freeing. Telling the truth about what happened can be a very rewarding experience. It's your own truth to tell and no one else's.
